有机废水中提取磷酸盐纯化技术研究

【摘要】 文章简要介绍了磷酸盐废水的现状,并对高含盐废水的处理工艺进行了总结。针对拟处理磷酸盐废水的物化性质,采用新型资源化利用技术提取了磷酸盐产品,并对磷酸盐产品的纯化技术进行了研究。结合实际应用,从经济性考虑,产品的最佳洗涤和纯化工艺为:自来水用量为被洗涤产品量的2倍,洗涤水温度为3℃~5℃,搅拌速度为100 r/min,搅拌时间为40 min。工艺为高含盐废水的综合利用提供了成功范例。

【Abstract】 In this article,phosphate waste water is briefly introduced,and the dispose technology of high salt wastewater is summarized. Based on the physical and chemical properties to be processed phosphate wastewater in this study,resource utilization technology was proposed,and the purification technology of phosphate was studied. Considering the practical application and economy,the optimal washing and purification process of the product is as follows: the amount of purified water is twice that of the washed product,temperature of the washing water is 3 ℃ ~ 5 ℃,the stirring speed is 100 r/min,and the stirring time is 40 min. This process provided a successful example for the comprehensive utilization of high salt wastewater.
