CO2致裂技术在掘进面应力影响特征分析

【摘要】 常村矿23采区胶带下山掘进面为松软煤层,为增大顶部煤层的裂隙分布范围,消除瓦斯突出的危险,避免掘进面发生冒顶,采用CO2预裂增透技术解决该问题。此次采用ANSYSLS-DYNA3D软件对致裂技术在掘进面应力影响特征进行分析。从模拟结果可以看出,结合胶带下山为松软低透气性的地质特征,15根爆破管致裂产生的应力影响半径达到了32m,可满足致裂要求;对其测点的跟踪发现,15根爆破管致裂时,致裂孔附近应力较为集中,随后开始衰减。

【Abstract】 The working face of the belt downhill in No. 23 mining area of Changcun Mine was a soft coal seam, in order to increase the crack distribution range of the top coal seam, eliminate the danger of gas outburst and avoid roofing on the mining surface, the CO2 pre-cracking anti-reflection technology was used to solve this problem. This paper used ANSYSLS-DYNA3 D software to analyze the influence characteristics of cracking technology on the face of the mining surface. It can be seen from the simulation results that the combination of the belt downhill was soft, with low permeability geological feature. The stress radius of the 15 blasting tubes was 32 m, which could meet the cracking requirements. The tracking of the measuring points was found that the stress near the cracked hole was concentrated, and then the attenuation began when the 15 blasting tubes was cracked.
