基于Surfer的矿井冲压实时在线监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 针对目前市面存在的矿井冲击地压监测系统存在的不足,将拥有强大插值功能和绘制图形能力的Surfer软件引入到矿井冲压监测系统中,通过VS.NET平台调用Surfer提供的二次开发接口,自动绘制出云图图像,同时在系统中引入短信猫等用于发送短信的通信设备,使相关人员可以在第一时间获知信息。该系统通过Surfer和短信猫的应用,实现了数据采集、Surfer成图、短信发送三者于一体的矿井冲压实时在线监测平台。

【Abstract】 Based on the shortcomings of bumps monitoring system at present, Surfer with strong difference function and graphics rendering capabilities into the mine bumps system was introduced, through VS.NET platform in the software to read remote substation real-time sensor data at the same time, two secondary development interface provided by calling Surfer, the real-time data is input to the Surfer, and through its built-in interpolation algorithm generated an infinite number of cloud image; SMS in this system sends the message, which makes the relevant personnel can be informed at the first time. The system uses Surfer and SMS Cat, implements data acquisition, Surfer mapping, and text messages, which integrates mine stamping real-time online monitoring platform.
