重庆市主城区沿街建筑物震害预测矩阵

【摘要】 为了获得重庆市主城区沿街建筑物震害预测矩阵,对重庆市主城区沿街建筑物分布概况进行调查和汇总,统计出沿街建筑物中不同结构类型房屋的栋数和建筑总面积,整理得到不同建造年代及不同层数房屋的面积占相同结构类型总建筑面积的比例.在此基础上,采用专家打分法对重庆市主城区沿街建筑物进行震害预测,对预测结果采用离群值检验法进行处理,最终得到重庆市主城区沿街建筑物震害预测矩阵.

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the seismic damage prediction matrices of the buildings along the streets in downtown Chongqing,the distribution of buildings,including the number and the total area of buildings of different structural types,was investigated. The proportion of the area of the buildings at different stories and with different construction time to the total area of those with the same structural type was obtained. On such a basis,the expert evaluation method was employed to predict the seismic damage of the buildings along the streets in downtown Chongqing,and the predicted results were handled by outlier tests. Seismic damage prediction matrices of the buildings along the streets in downtown Chongqing were generated.
