淮安第三抽水泵站贯流泵房动力特性的数值和测试研究

【摘要】 为研究贯流式块基型泵房的自振特性,结合淮安第三抽水泵站工程,采用有限元数值分析和脉动测试方法,确定贯流式块基型泵房的主要振型和频率.对比有限元数值计算和脉动测试结果,认为上下部结构刚度相差悬殊的贯流式块基型泵房,其基频主要受上部厂房结构的影响,而正确模拟厂房地坪处楼板的作用是确定泵房下部结构自振频率的关键.在研究贯流式块基型泵房的自振特性时,应选择结构刚度变化较大层布置测点.

【Abstract】 A case study was performed on the third Huaian pumping station to study the vibration characteristics of tubular block-foundation pump house.The main vibration modes and frequencies were determined by the finite element method and pulsating method.Comparison of the results of the two methods shows that the upper powerhouse structure has an important influence on the fundamental frequency of turbular block-foundation pump house whose lower structure has higher stiffness than the upper structure,and that the key to determine the natural frequency of lower pump house structure is to correctly simulate the effect of the slab on the powerhouse floor.It is also indicated that the measuring points should be arranged at the layers with great stiffness variation.
