X70抗大变形钢管研发及批量生产

【摘要】通过对X70抗大变形管线钢组织、性能、焊接工艺、形变与硬化规律,以及时效处理对钢管性能影响的研究,掌握了X70抗大变钢管研发与制造的关键技术和难点问题。并通过前期研发和试制,成功批量生产了X70钢级1 016 mm×17.5 mm抗大变形钢管,性能满足《中缅天然气管道工程基于应变设计地区用直缝埋弧焊管技术条件(国内段)》与Q/SY GJX 101—2010《天然气输送管道用钢管通用技术条件》要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,through analysis of the effect on steel pipe properties from several aspects,such as microstructure,performance,welding process,deformation,hardening rule and aging treatment of X70 pipeline steel with large deformation resistance,the key technologies and difficulties of manufacturing and development were mastered.After early period development and trial production,successful mass production of X70 grade  1 016 mm ×17.5 mm steel pipe with large deformation resistance,which can meet the requirements of Technical Specification of High Strain SAWL Line Pipe for the Myanmar-China Gas Pipeline Project(domestic section) and Q/SY GJX 101—2010 General Technical Specification of Steel Pipe for Natural Gas Pipeline.更多还原
