填料塔内氨法脱硫体系传质过程的实验研究

【摘要】 为满足氨法脱硫工艺设计需求,测定和计算了在θ环填料塔中氨法脱硫的气相体积传质系数,并考察了气体流量、吸收液喷淋密度以及氨水质量分数对气相体积传质系数的影响。结果表明,在气体流量增大和吸收液喷淋密度增大的过程中,相对应的气相体积传质系数也会随之增大,另外气体流量对于体积传质系数的影响更加显著。在吸收液中氨水质量分数增加过程中,气相体积传质系数随之增加;进口气体中SO2含量降低,情况亦如此。实验体系中,气相体积传质系数的关联方程式为Kga=0.172 6G0.843L0.116,经实验数据的验证,该公式有一定的可靠性。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of technological design of ammonia desulphurization,the gas phase volume mass transfer coefficient(Kga) of ammonia desulphurization in θ-ring packed tower was measured and calculated.A nd the effect of gas flow rate,spray density of absorbing liquid and ammonia mass fraction etc on the Kga was examined.The experiment showed that corresponding Kga gradually increased with the increase of the gas flow rate and the spray density of absorbing liquid.A nd the effect of the gas flow rate on the Kga was more remarkable.A s the mass fraction of ammonia in the absorbent solution increased and the SO2 content in inlet gas decreased,the Kga increased gradually.In the experimental system,the correlation equation of Kga was that:Kga=0.172 6G0.843L0.116.Through validation of the experimental data,this correlation equation had certain reliability.
