微差爆破地震波沿高程传播特性的试验研究

【摘要】 结合隆芯1#数码电子雷管,针对矿山边坡微差爆破开挖问题提出了一种试验研究方法,采用MATLAB7.0对边坡不同高程振动速度信号进行数值分析,研究得到的结果与高程差因素相比,微差爆破振动信号波形形状的改变对延期时间差异更为敏感。微差爆破振动信号总能量不仅是速度的表征,地震波传播介质起天然滤波器作用,其对高频信号削弱较低频更显著,且随着测点高程的增加,信号能量向低频集中,微差爆破延期时间存在最优值,选取最优延期时间应同时考虑测点(被保护物)距爆区距离(高程)这一因素,试验条件下,岩质边坡微差爆破孔间最优延期时间为15ms。

【Abstract】 An experimental study method for millisecond blasting excavation of mine slope was proposed with Longxin No.1digital electronic detonator and numerical analysis was made of vibration velocity signals at different elevations using MATLAB 7.0.The results showed that change in the millisecond blasting vibration signal waveform shape was more sensitive to the delay time interval than the elevation difference,the total energy of millisecond blasting vibration signal was not only determined by velocity and the propagation medium of seismic wave acted as a natural filter,which significantly weakened the high-frequency signals compared with the low-frequency signals.With the higher elevation of measuring points,the signal energy concentrated toward the low-frequency.There was an optimal value of delay time interval in millisecond blasting,the distance(elevation)between measuring points(protected objects)and blasting area should be considered in selecting the optimal value of delay time interval.Under the experimental conditions,the optimal value of delay time interval between blasting holes of the rock slope was 15 ms.
