【摘要】 针对大型活塞式压缩机部分行程顶开进气阀调节装置 ,分析施力压叉产生疲劳断裂失效的原因。用有限元法分析压叉片在最大受力条件下的应力分布 ,讨论施力压叉在压气循环中的运动及受力的过程 ,找出施力压叉疲劳断裂的原因。另外 ,对压叉片在动载荷作用下的安全性进行评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fatigue rupture failure cause of the executing fork was analyzed for press off inlet valve of a piston compressor. The stress distribution of the fork piece in the maximum pressure condition was analyzed by using FEM,the movement and pressure processes of the executing fork were discussed in a circulation,the material performance and mechanical performance of the executing fork were analyzed.The cause of fatigue rupture failure was proposed.In addition,the safety of the fork piece was estimated in dynamic load action.更多还原
