【摘要】 我国禁核试核查国家数据中心的一个重要任务是评估其核试验地震核查台网的监测能力。利用一种能够即时反应台网监测能力的评估技术——阈值监测技术,评估禁核试核查地震台网的监测能力。阐述了阈值监测技术的基本原理,给出了利用短时平均值STA和震中距计算震级的公式,采用新疆地区部分地震台站组成监测台网,并以新疆地震目录给定的M_L为准,对该台网中各台站计算震级所需参数进行了标定,并结合实例说明定点、区域阈值监测技术的应用,就新疆及其边境区域范围内特定时段内的台网监测能力做出评估。结果表明阈值监测技术能够有效即时地评估台网的监测能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluating the monitoring capability of seismic networks is an important task of the CTBT Beijing national data center(NDC).A new method named Threshold Monitoring(TM) using real-time seismic data to evaluate the monitoring capability of seismic network is introduced.Firstly,the theory of TM is described,including a formula using short-term average and epicentral distance to compute event’s magnitude.Some stations in Xinjiang region are used to form a seismic network,and M_L from this regional seismic catalog is used to correct the magnitude calculation.Then a vivid example is given to be used for showing the application of site-specific and Regional TM method.The monitoring capability of the seismic network to Xinjiang and its neighbour has been evaluated primarily.The result shows the validity and practicability of TM method used for the evaluation.更多还原
