电力系统中继电保护与自动化装置的可靠性

【摘要】 电力系统中的故障主要包括线路超负载运行、设备短路、拒动、误动,而继电保护与自动化装置的出现可以很好地解决这些问题。介绍了继电保护与自动化装置的可靠性指标。成功率(R)。设备能够在特定环境下顺利完成规定功能的能力。平均寿命。设备在没有出现故障时的工作时间。有效度(A)。设备在出现不可修复故障前的有效工作时间。分析了提高继电保护与自动化装置可靠性的措施,如:做到硬件冗余,符合继电保护容错的相关设计,改善拒动率和可用度指标;做好保护工作和检修记载工作,优化定值闭环的管理制度,杜绝出现安全事故,让设备尽可能保持最佳的工作状态,减少误动事故的发生率;控制自动化总线,紧密连接集控室与馈线通道,最大限度提高电力系统设备的有效运行率,大幅提高电路的否认反应速度,简化检修维护的具体进程;实现继电保护的自我调节功能,在自我调节的方式下排查问题,纠正故障,确保电路的安全畅通。

【Abstract】 Faults in power system mainly include line overload operation,short circuit of equipment,refusal to move and misoperation,and the emergence of relay protection and automation devices can solve these problems well. The reliability indices of relay protection and automation devices are introduced. Success rate( R),the ability of equipment to successfully complete specified functions in specific environment,average life,working time of equipment when no fault occurs,validity( A),effective working time of equipment before irreparable fault occurs. The measures to improve the reliability of relay protection and automation devices are analyzed,such as redundancy of hardware,compliance with relay protection fault tolerance design,improvement of rejection rate and availability index,protection work and maintenance record,optimization of fixed value closed-loop management system,avoidance of safety accidents,and guarantee of equipment as far as possible. Maintain the best working state,reduce the incidence of malfunction accidents; control the automation bus,close connection between the central control room and feeder channel,maximize the effective operation efficiency of power system equipment,greatly improve the speed of circuit denial reaction,simplify the specific process of maintenance; realize the self-regulation function of relay protection. In the way of selfregulation,troubleshooting and fault correction are carried out to ensure the safety and smoothness of the circuit.
