黄贮秸秆两相厌氧发酵产沼气发酵参数优化研究

【摘要】 我国东北地区秸秆收获后发干黄化,采用黄贮预处理法处理秸秆并进行厌氧发酵产沼气,既能解决秸秆储存利用的季节性和时效性问题,又能生产绿色能源沼气,有较好的应用前景。本研究以黄贮后的玉米秸秆为发酵原料,研究两相厌氧发酵过程中温度和固含量变化对产气效果的影响,从而优化两相厌氧发酵工艺。通过试验得到优化后的工艺参数分别为:发酵浓度15%、发酵温度55℃,以期为我国北方秸秆大型沼气工程的应用提供参考。

【Abstract】 The straw in northeast China will be dried and yellowed after harvest,and the straw will be treated with yellow corn silage and then produce biogas on anaerobic fermentation,which can not only solve the seasonal and timeliness problem of storage and utilization,but also produce green energy biogas,and so it has a good application prospect. In this paper,the effects of parameters such as temperature and solid content on gas production in two-phase anaerobic digestion were studied by using corn straw as fermentation material after yellow corn silage,and the two-phase anaerobic digestion process was optimized. It was obtained by experiment that the optimized process parameters is,respectively: fermentation concentration 15%,fermentation temperature 55 ℃,in order to provide the reference for the application of large biogas project of straw in north China.
