【摘要】 基于贵州城乡医疗资源配置的不尽合理和失衡问题,对医疗资源的优化配置和科学利用路径展开探讨。分析了政府在城乡医疗资源优化配置和科学利用中,要履行好筹资和资源分配职能、市场监管职能。提出城乡医疗资源的优化配置,要实现公平性和高效性目标。从城乡医疗资源一体化、城乡医疗服务多元化、城乡医疗信息网络化三方面,阐述了城乡医疗资源科学利用的实现路径,以期提高城乡居民医疗服务水平,保证医疗资源的公平配置和科学利用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the unreasonable and unbalanced allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas of Guizhou,it explores the countermeasures. It analyzes the process of optimizing the allocation and scientific utilization of medical resources in urban and rural areas,the government should perform the functions of financing,resource allocation and market supervision. It is proposed that the optimal allocation should achieve the goal of fairness and efficiency.From the integration of urban and rural medical resources,the diversification of medical services,and the network of medical information,it expounds the ways to realize the scientific utilization of urban and rural medical resources so as to improve the level of medical services and ensure the fair allocation and scientific utilization of medical resources.更多还原
