模拟酸雨对外来入侵植物五爪金龙幼苗生理特性的影响

【摘要】 采用盆栽模拟试验研究了不同的酸雨对入侵植物五爪金龙叶片生理指标的影响。试验共设5个酸雨条件,p H值分别为2. 5,3,4,5,6。结果表明,A.与对照组相比,当酸雨p H为6时,五爪金龙幼苗叶片中丙二醛(MDA)含量下降,SOD、CAT活性及叶绿素含量都有所上升,POD活性Pro含量有所下降,说明五爪金龙幼苗对p H为6的酸雨耐受性好。B.当模拟酸雨p H为2. 5~5时,与对照组相比,MDA含量明显上升,CAT和SOD活性及叶绿素含量随着模拟酸雨酸性增强而上升,POD活性与Pro含量随着模拟酸雨酸性增强而下降。五爪金龙幼苗能通过提高两种抗氧化酶SOD、CAT活性、增加叶绿素含量来抵抗酸雨胁迫的影响。

【Abstract】 The effects of different simulated acid rain on leaf physiological indexes of invasive Ipomoea Cairica were studied by pot experiment,five treatments were set up with different simulated acid rain,pH values were 2. 5,3,4,5,6,respectively. The results are as followings:( 1) Compared with the control group( CK),at pH = 6 treatment group,Malondialdehyde( MDA) content in leaves of I. Cairica seedlings decreased,SOD,CAT activity and chlorophyll content increased,POD activity Pro content decreased,the results showed that I. Cairica seedlings had good tolerance to simulated acid rain at pH 6.( 2) When the simulated acid rain pH was 2. 5-5,the content of MDA increased significantly,the activity of CAT,SOD and chlorophyll content increased with the increase of acidity,POD activity and Pro content decreased. The seedlings can resist acid rain stress by increasing two antioxidant enzymes( SOD and CAT)activities and chlorophyll content.
