合肥某高层住宅剪力墙结构的抗震性能分析

【摘要】 文章以合肥某住宅小区中具代表性的高层剪力墙结构单体为例,通过对该结构进行多遇地震下的弹性计算和罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析及楼板应力分析,检验其结构布置合理性和结构的抗震性能。分析结果表明,调整后的结构具有良好的承载和变形能力,可供同类工程参考,为该住宅小区十几幢高层的结构设计提供了理论指导。

【Abstract】 The typical high-rise shear wall structure in a residential district in Hefei is taken as an example.Through performing the elastic calculation under frequent earthquake and the elastoplastic analysis under seldomly occurred earthquake and floor stress analysis of the structure,the rationality of the structure arrangement and the seismic performance of the structure are examined.The analysis results show that the structure has good carrying and deformation capacity after modification.The results provide theoretical guidance for the other high-rise structures design in this residential district,and can also be applied to similar projects.
