【摘要】 文章对框架-剪力墙带梁式转换层结构进行了分析研究,采用SAP2000结构分析软件模拟了16种等效侧向刚度比和转换所在层层号同时变化时,结构体系主要设计参数的变化情况以及4种落地剪力墙刚度变化对结构自振周期的影响,同时分析了该部位可能的破坏形态并给出设计建议。

【Abstract】 The frame-shear wall structure with beam-type transfer storey is studied in this paper.By using the SAP2000 structural analysis software,the change of the main design parameters of the structural system is studied,and 16 kinds of structural models of high transfer storey are simulated and calculated as the equivalent lateral stiffness ratio and the number of transfer storey change simultaneously.The impact of the stiffness change of four kinds of shear wall linked with the ground on the natural vibration period of the structure is presented.The possible damage forms of the structure are also analyzed and some useful design advice is put forward.
