触变泥浆在沉井施工中的应用
Application of thixotropic slurry to open caisson construction
【摘要】 文章从泥浆的拌制、压浆管路布置、泥浆的压送、泥浆的置换 4个方面阐述了触变泥浆在沉井下沉中的施工工艺 ,并以济南市鹊山调蓄水库穿黄工程顶管工作井采用触变泥浆法助沉为例 ,具体介绍了其施工过程及施工方法 ;在此基础上 ,从泥浆维护土壁稳定及减小井壁与土体间摩阻力两方面分析了触变泥浆在沉井下沉中的应用效果
【Abstract】 This article discusses the construction technology for large scale open caissons, including mixing of thixotropic slurry, pipe laying, conveying and replacing of slurry. The working caisson for the pipe jacking engineering of Ji’nan Queshan Reservoir is taken as an example to show the construction procedure and method.The application effect of thixotropic slurry is analyzed from two aspects—maintaining of the soil wall stability and reducing of the friction resistance between caisson and soil.
