【摘要】 中国倡议构建的人类命运共同体本质上是一种伦理共同体。虽然它目前还是一个道德理想,但它从根本上反映了当代人类对世界发展的国际道德价值判断和诉求,并彰显了当代人类增进共同价值和共同利益的希望。它以强调"世界各国或人类命运与共"作为国际道德价值观念或国际伦理精神的核心,同时倡导同舟共济、同甘共苦、同心同德、同生共荣、同进同退五种国际伦理意识。自然界、经济全球化、新媒介、现代交通工具四种客观力量和当代人类日益增强的命运共同体意识对当今世界发挥着强有力的伦理整合作用,为我国提出构建人类命运共同体的方案奠定了现实合理性基础。构建人类命运共同体至少需要解决五个重大国际伦理问题:如何化解民族共同体意识与人类命运共同体意识之间的张力,如何以正确义利观引导国际交往,如何以国际公平正义原则促进世界团结,如何以共同发展模式创造美好世界,以及如何以合理的全球治理体系明确全球治理责任和权利。构建人类命运共同体的中国方案为当今世界增添了一个可供选择的国际伦理价值目标或国际道德价值观念,既有助于推动世界各国形成以人类或世界为中心的道德思维方式,也有助于当代人类抵制鼓吹国际无伦理的错误思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese proposal of building the community of human destiny is in essence a kind of ethical community. It is not only a moral ideal but basically reflects international moral value judgment and appeal of the world development and highlights contemporary humans’ hope to enhance common values and common interests. It emphasizes "Shared destinies of nations and mankind" as the core of international moral values or ethical spirit and advocates five international ethical awareness. Four objective force(nature,globalization,new media and modern transportation) and the contemporary humans’ growing awareness about human destiny community are playing a powerful role in the integration of ethics of the world and they will lay the practical and rational foundation for the construction of the human destiny community proposal. Building human destiny community at least needs to solve five major international ethical issues. The proposal will add alternative international ethical value goals or moral values,which not only helps to push the world formed by the way of thinking or the world as the center of human morality but also helps the contemporary humans to resist preaching the wrong ideas without ethics internationally.更多还原
