钢桥面板横隔板-U肋焊缝裂纹修复后的应力特征

【摘要】 采用数值模拟的方法,建立不同疲劳修复方法的分析模型,针对止裂孔法和钢板补强法的疲劳修复效果进行了探究.通过提取两侧横隔板-U肋连接焊缝焊趾部位不同路径的Mises应力进行纵向对比,得到了该部位在维护前后应力的变化规律.研究结果表明:裂纹存在时,另一侧横隔板-U肋连接焊缝焊趾处的应力水平有明显提高;止裂孔法虽可以缓解裂纹尖端应力集中现象,但会增大另一侧该连接焊缝焊趾处的应力;钢板补强法可大幅降低裂纹尖端及另一侧连接焊缝焊趾处的应力水平,但被补强一侧钢板下缘会出现显著的应力集中现象.

【Abstract】 The numerical simulation method was used to establish the analysis model of different fatigue repair methods,the fatigue repair effect of the crack-stopping method and the steel plate reinforcement method was explored.By extracting the Miss stresses of different paths at the weld toe of the diaphragm-U rib joint on both sides,the stress variation rules of the weld toe before and after maintenance were obtained after longitudinal comparison.The results show that the stress level at the weld toe of the diaphragm-U rib joint on the other side increases obviously when the crack exists;Although the stop-hole method can alleviate the stress concentration at the crack tip,it will increase the stress at the weld toe of the joint weld on the other side.The steel plate reinforcement method can greatly reduce the stress level at the crack tip and the weld toe of the weld joint on the other side,but there will be significant stress concentration at the lower edge of the steel plate on the reinforced side.
