【Abstract】 Based on the investigation of the relationship between urban public safety and social harmonious development, it concludes that urban public safety is the basic external requirement and crucial surroundings. The factors effecting urban public safety are analyzed and an idea is presented that a complete and perfect urban public safety system can be built up by means of enhancing the dominant function of the government in legislation, system and mechanism innovation.更多还原
