【摘要】 文章采用中国30个省市2007-2017年的面板数据,实证分析了非正式制度对生态文明建设效率的影响效应。研究发现:非正式制度对生态文明建设效率具有促进效应,且是边际递减的;非正式制度对生态文明建设高效率地区的边际正效应低于低效率地区;非正式制度对生态文明建设效率存在断点效应,在初始阶段,非正式制度的作用占主导,在达到一定阶段后,是综合因素的共同作用结果;制度融合对生态文明建设效率以q70分位数为"拐点"存在不对称的"U"型分布的边际影响特征;非正式制度对生态文明建设效率的影响总体水平呈中部、西部、东部递减的特征。据此,提出应根据地区生态文明建设效率的差异实施有针对性的区域异质性的政策与重视生态文明非正式制度与正式制度的有效融合的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China for 2007-2017 years,and empirically analyzes the impact of informal institutions on the efficiency of ecological civilization construction. The findings are as follows:(I)The informal system promotes the efficiency of ecological civilization construction,but this promotion is diminishing marginal.(II)The marginal positive effect of informal system on ecological civilization construction is lower than that of low efficiency area.(III)The informal system has a breakpoint effect on the efficiency of ecological civilization construction. In the initial stage,the informal system plays a leading role,and after a certain stage,it is the result of the interaction of the comprehensive factors.(IV)System integration has a marginal effect on the efficiency of ecological civilization construction with Q70 quantile as"inflection point"and asymmetric"U"distribution.(V)The overall level of the impact of informal institutions on the efficiency of ecological civilization is characterized by the decline of the central,western and eastern regions. Accordingly,we propose that we should carry out targeted regional heterogeneity policies according to the differences in the efficiency of regional ecological civilization construction,and attach importance to the effective integration of informal institutions and formal systems of ecological civilization.更多还原
