温州电网梯级水电站优化调度实践

【摘要】 建立由温州电网属下的梯级水电站群优化调度的数学模型,采用基于浮点数编码的改进遗传算法对该模型进行了优化计算,该算法设计编程简单,计算量小,收敛速度快。利用三插溪水库的入库径流实测值进行了仿真实验,实验结果表明优化调度比常规调度经济效益超过5%,说明了遗传算法用于梯级水电站群优化调度既可行又有效。

【Abstract】 The mathematic model of dispatching optimization for cascade hydropower stations in Wenzhou Power Grid was established,which was then solved by improved genetic algorithm(GA) based on float-encoding.The Sanchaxi reservoir inflow data were used for simulation experiment and the results indicate that the economic benefits of optimized dispatching are 5% higher than that of the conventional dispatching,proving the feasibility and effectiveness of GA applied to dispatching optimization for cascade hydropower stations.
