【摘要】 为了保障我国快速城镇化进程中城市的综合防灾安全,探讨了我国综合防灾规划编制体系与相应层面重点解决的内容。通过对国内外综合防灾规划实践的调研与分析,结合我国城市规划管理与编制体系现状,将综合防灾规划分为防灾战略研究、总体规划中综合防灾规划、综合防灾专项规划以及单灾种防灾规划4个过程,并重点针对总体规划中综合防灾规划的编制内容进行了探讨。更多还原
