【摘要】 目的探讨四川地震伤员并发症的发生规律、预防和治疗对策。方法对德阳医院收治的937例地震伤员进行回顾性分析,统计各种并发症的发生率、早期诊断方法、预防和治疗措施。结果地震伤员937例中,出现单一或多种并发症324例。经早期诊断,及时给予有效的干预措施,299例伤员治愈。结论提高对地震伤员并发症的认识程度,对可能出现并发症的高危伤员进行早期预防,及时治疔,可以改善预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristic,prevention and treatment of the complications of 937 patients in Sichuan earthquake.Methods To collect and analyse clinical information of 937 patients in Sichuan earthquake.The rate of the main complications,diagnosis, prevention and treatment were analyzed.Results Three hundred and twenty four cases of 937 patients showed single complication or multiple ones,most of the patients were healed by correct diagnosis and prevention.Conclusion More attention should be paid to the prevention,diagnosis and therapy of complications at the early stage in patients after earthquake.更多还原
