【摘要】 汉代河北各类自然灾害记录共计35次,灾害种类有水、蝗、雹、风、旱灾等。发生次数最多的是水灾,约占河北灾害的45%,接近当时全国水灾的10%,危害也最大;水灾和旱灾记录非常悬殊,约为9比1,虽然灾害记录有缺失,但反映出汉代河北气候比现在温暖湿润,旱灾少也是事实,这对于研究河北环境变迁颇有参考价值。汉代政府救灾措施的主要内容在河北救灾活动中都有表现,内容丰富,效果也比较明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 35 natural disasters happen in Hebei during the Han dynasties,ranging from floodings,locusts,hails,winds,and droughts.Floodings take 45% of all disasters,nearing the 10% of the total in the nation.The ratio of flooding to drought is 9:1,which speaks for the climate changes Hebei has undergone.Furthermore,the rescues take different forms with striking effects.更多还原
