水电开发对河流生态环境影响及对策的研究进展

【摘要】 大规模的水电开发在推动我国社会经济发展、改善能源结构、应对气候变化等方面发挥了重要的作用,但在快速开发的过程中,也对河流生态环境带来了一定的影响。在概述国内外水电开发对生态环境影响研究现状的基础上,从生境和生物两个方面,系统地论述了水电开发对河流生态环境的影响内容,概述了当前我国水电开发领域内的政策、生态环境保护性对策措施及体制机制等,探讨了当前相关研究中存在的多以大中型水利水电工程为主、对小水电梯级开发的研究不足,以局部尺度为主、对流域尺度的研究较少,以宏观定性研究居多,对定量研究较少等问题。

【Abstract】 Large-scale hydropower development has played an important role in promoting China′s social and economic development, improving energy structure, and coping with climate changes. However, in the process of rapid development, it also produces a certain influence on the river′s ecological environment. On the basis of summarizing the current research status of hydropower development on the ecological environment at home and abroad, this paper systematically discusses the influence of hydropower development on river ecological environment from the aspects of ecological environment and biological system, and summarizes the current policies in the field of hydropower development of China, and protective measures and institutional mechanisms of ecological environment. This study discusses the existing problems in the current researches, which include that the existing researches in the current research are mostly based on large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects, but the researches on the development of small water elevators are insufficient, and the majority of the researches are on the local scale, and the researches on the watershed scale are still not enough, and the majority are on the macro qualitative research and the few are on the quantitative research.
