网湖浮游植物粒级结构对丰水枯水环境响应研究

【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱技术与化学分类法,结合冗余分析对网湖丰水和枯水期各粒级浮游植物群落结构特征及时空分布进行了研究。结果显示:丰水期各粒级浮游植物的总生物量较枯水期高。网湖各粒级浮游植物的主要光合色素除Nexo外,丰水期各色素含量均高于枯水期。丰水期各粒级浮游植物中,网湖优势种群均为裸藻门;枯水期各粒级浮游植物优势种群为硅藻门。小型浮游植物中优势类群依次为硅藻门与裸藻门,微型与超微型浮游植物优势类群为硅藻门和蓝藻门,其次为裸藻门。各粒级浮游植物表现为裸藻门和硅藻门之间相互演替的特征。通过RDA分析发现,丰水期关键环境因子为氨氮,枯水期为总磷和氨氮。

【Abstract】 High performance liquid chromatography and chemical classification were used in combination with redundancy analysis to study the phytoplankton community structure and phytoplankton biomass size structurecharacteristics and spatial and temporal distribution at the high and low water stage. The results showed that the total biomass of size-fractionated phytoplankton of wet period was higher than that of the dry period. The main photosynthetic pigments of size-fractionated phytoplankton of net lake were higher in wet period than that in the dry period except Nexo. The net lake dominant species of size-fractionated phytoplankton in the period of abundant water was euglenophyta. The dominant phytoplankton species in the dry period were diatoms. The dominant groups of nano-phytoplankton are diatomophyta and euglenophyta,the dominant groups of micro and picophytoplankton are diatoma and cyanophyta,followed by euglenophyta. The size-fractionated phytoplankton showedthat the characteristic of mutual succession between euglenophyta and diatoma. RDA analysissuggested that the key environmental factor was ammonia nitrogen,and the total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen werekey environmental factors during dry season.
