【Abstract】 This thesis discusses the evolvement of Hebei Province water resources situation in detail, making clear the bad influence such as environmental anhydration, soil desertification, aggravating water pollution and deteriorating geologic environment on the Hebei water ecological environment from decrease of water resources and increase of water consumption together with economy development. On the basis of the discussion, some strategic countermeasures are put forth aiming at the water problems in existence from the aspects of enhancing environmental consciousness, strengthening protection and management of water resources, putting economic compensation into practice, and so on.更多还原
