【Abstract】 Taking the elderly volunteer association of X community in Zhegao town, Anhui province as an example, the subjective construction of elderly non-governmental organizations are explored from the aspects of gathering multi-cultures, democratic co-ordination of village affairs, organizing cultural entertainment activities and creating mutual support for the aged.
