播期推迟对冀东地区强筋小麦产量构成和籽粒蛋白质质量分数的影响

【摘要】 为研究强筋小麦在冀东地区对不同播期反应差异,2016~2017年在大田条件下,以强筋小麦津农7号和中麦1062为材料,设置3个处理播期,分别是10月10日(SD1),10月15日(SD2)和10月20日(SD3),以10月5日为对照播期(CK),研究了不同播期对强筋小麦产量和籽粒蛋白质质量分数的影响。结果表明:(1)随着播期的推迟,小麦干物质积累量显著降低;(2)产量最高值出现在10月10日这一播期,早播或晚播均会造成不同程度的减产;(3)籽粒蛋白质质量分数随播期的推迟而提高,播期推迟有利于提高籽粒蛋白质质量分数。

【Abstract】 In order to reveal the relationship between sowing postponement and the yield as well as the protein content of the strong gluten wheat in the eastern Hebei province, Jinnong-7 and Zhongmai-1062 were used as materials to conduct the field study in the season 2016~2017. Three treatment sowing dates were set on October 10(SD1), October 15(SD2) and October 20(SD3) with October 5 as the control(CK). The results showed that:(1) With the postponement of sowing date, the dry matter accumulation of wheat decreased significantly;(2) The highest yield appeared on October 10, while it would cause different degrees of yield reduction earlier or later;(3) The protein content increased with the sowing postponement, which meant sowing late might be conducive to improving grain protein content.
