【Abstract】 Air preheater’s high leakage is the main factor which affect boiler running safety and running economically. In the airpreheater retrofit of Jiangjin thermal power station, installed new-design sectorplate and axial sectorplate, became double sealing construction; Add labyrinthine sealing to main shaft, and so on, then the leakage of airpreheater was fall to 9% from 30%.
