【Abstract】 China’s higher education is advancing undergraduate-based, comprehensively improving the quality of personnel training, and is committed to connotative development. Under this requirement, the undergraduate full-course tutor system has increasingly obvious advantages in serving students’ healthy growth and improving the quality of personnel training. Since 2014, the Jiangsu University of Science and Technology Biotechnology College has actively promoted undergraduates using the research resources of the Sericulture Research Institute.
