【摘要】 立德树人是党领导下的中国特色社会主义高校的立身之本,只有充分发掘和综合利用思想政治教育资源,引导大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,帮助他们"系好人生的第一粒扣子",才能完成时代赋予高校的历史使命。立德树人不仅强调了思想道德素质在人的诸多素质中的核心地位,也指出了人才培养要素的全面性。本文以立德树人背景下高校思想政治教育工作融合发展为研究内容,提出了融合发展模式下围绕教学、德育、文化、考评等多方面开展思想政治教育工作的对策和建议。更多还原
