【Abstract】 Under the guidance of the construction of "double first class", all levels of universities of science and engineering are committed to optimizing and innovating their own target orientation and talent training model. Cultivating innovative talents is an inevitable requirement for science and engineering universities in the era of knowledge economy, and also an inevitable choice for the development of higher education in the new era. Through the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of the cultivation of innovative talents in science and engineering universities, this paper proposes the strategy and path choice in universities of science and engineering for the innovative talents training mode in today’s intelligent age, to improve the quality of innovative talents, ensuring the realization of the national strategic goal of demand for scientific and technological talents.更多还原
