【Abstract】 Jiaozhou Bay is a fault basin and the chess board structure has played the main control role in its formation. This structural pattern was established in the later period of Yanshanian Movement. It evolved and showed the present features by Holocene transgression. This paper presents a different view from the volcanic cause of formation in the basin formation. And the study is of significance in prospecting water and mine, taking precautions against natural disasters such as earthquakes.更多还原
