【摘要】 针对传统ZigBee无线传输系统在复杂区域多因素条件下监测困难、数据量小、仅适合短距离的问题,采用Z-stack协议栈,设计了一种基于eMMC的64路无线数据存储系统.选择CC2530芯片作为Zstack通信标准的实现模块,其高抗干扰能力及高灵敏度解决了监测困难的问题,并且结合芯片的射频收发器与ZigBee的自组网特性可大幅度提升系统传输范围.系统通过模拟开关与ADC转换器实现64通道数据采集,以及通过FPGA完成对相应通道的数据编帧处理,并存储至eMMC存储器中,解决了传统无线传输系统数据量较小的问题.实验结果验证,系统能够实现在单路1Kbps采样率前提下的数据存储及准确收发.

【Abstract】 A 64-channel wireless data storage system based on embedded Multimedia Card(eMMC)is designed by Z-stack protocol stack to solve the problems of multi-factor monitoring difficulty,small amount of data and short distance in complex area of traditional ZigBee wireless transmission system.CC2530 chip is chosen as the implementation module of Z-stack communication standard.The high anti-interference ability and sensitivity solve the problem of monitoring difficulty.The transmission range of the system can be greatly improved by combining the characteristics of radio frequency(RF)transceiver and ZigBee network.The device achieves 64-channel data acquisition by analog switch and ADC converter.The data of the corresponding channel is framed and processed by FPGA and stored in eMMC,which solves the problem of small amount of data in traditional wireless transmission system.The experimental results show that the system can store and transmit data accurately on the premise of 1 Kbps sampling rate.
