【摘要】 目的:总结汶川地震中理县卫生防疫的经验,为地震活跃带地区的灾后卫生防疫工作提供参考。方法:针对汶川地震后重灾区理县存在的城市环境污染及次生危害问题,采取如下对策:①科学实施现场消毒和杀虫;②突击开展环境卫生整治;③经常进行环境设施维护;④及时排除防疫化学药品的危险隐患。结果:有效地改善了灾后居民安置环境的卫生质量,避免了重大疫情和公共卫生安全事件的发生。结论:有效整治环境卫生及排除次生危害隐患不仅可以缓解消毒、杀虫工作的压力,还可使居民生活环境更加美化、安全,在灾后城市卫生防疫工作中起到十分重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To sum up epidemic prevention experience in Li County after the Wenchuan Earthquake and to offer some references in post-disaster epidemic prevention in seismically active zones.Methods:Focused on urban environment pollution and secondary harm,the following measures were taken;spraying disinfectants and pesticides in the resettlement areas in a scientific way;carrying out environmental hygiene clear-up and maintenance,and avoiding risky chemical drugs.Results:Environmental quality of urban residents living in tents was improved and major public health incidents were prevented effectively.Conclusion:Environmental clear-up and maintenance can not only relieve the pressure on disinfecting and insecticidal work,but also beautify the living environment of urban residents and ensure their safety,which are very important in urban epidemic disease prevention after natural disasters.更多还原
