【Abstract】 The construction and planning of Xiong’an New Area is at a new historical starting point. It shoulders all the unprecedented historical missions such as experimental fields for urbanization construction and reform, driving innovation for industrial upgrading and transformation, and smart city with green and livable ecology. It is well known that "Internet +" is a new format of Internet development under innovation 2.0. It is a new form of Internet evolution under the impetus of knowledge society innovation 2. 0 and its economic and social development. The key planning tasks of Xiong’an New Area have a high degree of relevance to the connotation of "Internet +".
