隧洞混凝土衬砌灌浆封孔技术研究

【摘要】 针对隧洞灌浆封孔作业中常出现空腔、封孔材料脱落及渗水等问题,研究提出了利用空压机和封孔器将流动性不高、收缩小、粘结性强、抗冲抗磨性好的预缩砂浆射进灌浆孔底部,将孔逐层填满的灌浆封孔方法,即预缩砂浆封孔法。由于利用封孔器进行灌浆封孔,简便易行,经济高效,经某隧洞应用后的多年运行实践表明,预缩砂浆封孔的质量良好。

【Abstract】 In the grouting hole sealing work of concrete lining in tunnels, problems such as cavity, sealing material shedding and seepage are commonly encountered. A new sealing technique is proposed, in which the pre-shrinking mortar with low fluidity, small shrinkage, strong cohesion and good scour and wear resistance is injected into the grouting hole using the air compressor and sealer to fill the hole gradually from the bottom. Practice shows that the proposed technique can achieve satisfactory sealing performance and of great operation convenience and high efficiency.
