复杂水文地质条件下高压隧洞围岩高压固结灌浆处理

【摘要】 惠州抽水蓄能电站高压隧洞发育断层以张性、张扭性为主,断层透水性较强。高压隧洞一带NE向和NW、NNW向断层构成复杂的透水性好的网络,水文地质条件复杂。高压隧洞开挖洞径10 m,内水静水压力172~627 m,采用限裂钢筋混凝土薄衬砌,衬砌厚度60 cm,设计理念先进。防止高压隧洞内水大量外渗带来的危害是工程成功的关键。通过采取系统的水泥高压固结灌浆,并对主要断层及裂隙带辅以化学灌浆,充水运行良好。本工程开创了复杂水文地质条件下高压隧洞采用限裂混凝土薄衬砌的成功范例。

【Abstract】 The fault developed in high pressure tunnel of Huizhou pumped storage power station is mainly tensional fault and shear fault with strong permeability.The fault along NE direction and NW/NNW direction forms a complex network with good permeability and complex hydrogeological condition.The excavation diameter of high pressure tunnel is 10 m,the hydrostatic pressure of internal water is 172~627 m.The tunnel adopts advanced design concept with thin lining of crack prevention reinforced concrete and lining thickness is 60 cm.Prevention of major water leakage from high pressure tunnel is the key factor of successful project engineering.The project operates well under systematic high pressure reinforcement grouting,aided with chemical grouting and water filling in main fault and fracture zone.This project set a successful example of using thin lining of crack prevention reinforced concrete in high pressure tunnel under complex hydrogeological condition.
