严重事故下核电厂设备可用性论证

【摘要】 随着核电技术的发展,各国核安全法规和核安全监管当局对核电厂的安全性提出了越来越高的要求。论文基于三代核电厂的设计和严重事故管理情况,研究了严重事故下设备可用性论证方法,并针对具体核电厂完成了严重事故管理所需设备仪表的可用性论证分析。主要内容包括设备可用性论证方法、严重事故所需设备仪表分类、设备仪表的运行时间、严重事故环境条件分析等。

【Abstract】 With the development of nuclear power technology, nuclear safety regulations and nuclear safety regulatory authorities of every country have placed stricter demands on the safety of nuclear power plant(NPP).Based on the design characteristics of the third-generation NPP and the severe accident management(SAM),this paper studies the equipment availability demonstration method under severe accident conditions, and analyzes the availability of equipment and instruments required for SAM of the third-generation NPP. The main contents include the equipment availability demonstration method, the classification of equipment and instruments required for SAM, running time of instrument and equipment, the analysis of severe accident environmental conditions, the determination of equipment qualification conditions, and the analysis of serious accident environmental conditions.
