【Abstract】 These papers focus on how to establish the relationship of conflict as well as cooperation which based on mutual credits between supervision staff and suppliers. One mode come into being constructed in communication, affairs dispose and quality problem resolve which called mutually comprehension and beneficial. It make a result that working relationship had been improved, work efficiency had been promoted, technique ability of supervision staff and suppliers’ management level had been boost up at the same time.
