【Abstract】 Based on a number of cases and data, the shortage of water resources and the problems in utilizing the water resources in the circum Bohai area are analyzed, the practical methods to solve the problems, including water conservation, seawater utilization, local water resource exploitation and imported water transfer, are suggested, and the strategic measures for the sustainable utilization of water resources in the area are proposed.更多还原
