育苗基质对烟苗生长发育的影响

【摘要】 选用碳化谷壳、膨胀珍珠岩、碳化竹屑、广东及海南椰糠、炭化木屑、炭化烟杆、食用菌渣和红泥土按比例组合成15种新型基质配方,在温室条件下探讨新型基质对云烟87烟苗生长发育的影响。结果表明,M5(炭化木屑∶红泥土=7∶3)、M6(炭化谷壳∶膨胀珍珠岩∶炭化木屑∶红泥土=2∶2∶2∶4)处理在出苗率、生长动态、生物量等方面均表现最佳。综合考虑幼苗的形态指标、生理指标,认为炭化木屑利用前景较好。

【Abstract】 Under greenhouse conditions, the effects of 15 new seedling substrates on the growth and development of Yunyan 87 tobacco seedlings were investigated. These new substrates were made by mixing different proportions of carbonized crust, expanded perlite, carbonized bamboo chips, Guangdong and Hainan copra, carbonized wood chips, charred tobacco rods, edible fungus residues and red clay. The results showed that M5(carbonized wood chips∶red soil = 7∶3), M6(carbonized chaff∶expanded perlite∶carbonized wood chips∶red soil = 2∶2∶2∶4) substrates produced the best seedling rate, growth dynamics, and biomass. Considering the morphological and physiological indicators of seedlings, it is realized that the utilization prospect of carbonized wood chips is better.
