【摘要】 研究基于2001—2016年长江上游地区面板数据构建投入、产出指标,运用非导向下包含非期望产出的超效率SBM模型和Tobit模型对长江上游地区绿色发展效率及影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明:2001年、2002年,长江上游地区乡村绿色发展效率在研究期内最高,2003—2016年,该效率保持相对稳定;地区经济发展水平、劳动力素质对乡村绿色发展起正向促进作用,而城市化水平、农业投入品对乡村绿色发展水平起负向抑制作用,农村固定资产投资作用则不显著。进一步落实新型城镇化发展要求、优化乡村投资环境、拓宽投资渠道、提高劳动力素质、培育新型职业农民等推进长江上游地区乡村绿色发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research is based on the panel data construction input and output indicators in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River in 2001—2016.The non-directed SBM model and Tobit model with undesired output are used to empirically study the green development efficiency and influencing factors in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.The research results show that in 2001 and 2002,the rural green development efficiency in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River was the highest during the research period.From 2003 to 2016,the green development efficiency remained relatively stable;the regional economic development level and the quality of the labor force positively affected the rural green development.To promote the role,and the level of urbanization and agricultural inputs have a negative inhibitory effect on the level of rural green development,and the role of rural fixed assets investment is not significant.Further measures should be taken such asimplementing the new urbanization development requirements,optimizing the rural investment environment,broadening investment channels,improving the quality of the labor force,and cultivating new professional farmers to promote the rural green development in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.更多还原
