【摘要】 云南壤接外域,边防攸关,云南总督对滇省之边疆巡阅遂成为乾隆年间的一项重要边备事务,两年或三年一次。巡阅能够因地制宜,分别轻重缓急,往往优先巡阅边疆要地,腹地次之。巡阅内容涉及营伍、农业、盐矿业、民情、灾情、边防、以及对将弁之考察等事宜。乾隆朝对巡阅中发现的问题及时进行解决,甚至对云贵总督巡阅中的渎职行为严加惩处。云南边疆巡阅不但巩固了边防、保障了民生,而且也是清王朝行使国家主权的一个重要体现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yunnan neighbored on the foreign countries,so the border inspection was extremely important to protect Yunnan border area.From the newly disclosed files of Qianlong dynasty,the executives of inspections were mostly the Yunnan-Guizhou governors,inspection once in every two or three years.The Yunnan-Guizhou governors made inspections according to the current situation and put top priorities in the vital border areas.The contents of inspection included the battalions,agriculture,salt and mine industry,the living of border peoples,the condition of disasters,and so on.The problems which were found during the inspections were solved at the right moment,such as the rewards and punishments to the soldiers.The border inspections consolidated the border and protected the border peoples.From the view of national sovereignty,the border inspections were also an important content to exercise national sovereignty.更多还原
