可视化视角下贵州省电力系统接线图效率改善研究

【摘要】 地理接线图是电力系统接线图的重要组成部分,对线路的运营管理和相关设施维护具有支撑作用且信息表达的精度与准度直接影响了可应用性和管理效率。目前,线路数据呈现连接度低、设置种类繁多和路径曲折等特征,造成线路与设备可视化复杂和绘制流程不科学的瓶颈,负面影响可视化效率。虽然传统方法不能与大体量数据可视化相匹配,但是GIS技术的出现为提高可视化效率提供了可能性。以贵州省为个案,结合GIS技术与电力系统综合视角为解决此类问题提供一般性参考,提出解决可视化效率的关键技术。首先,通过GIS融合与简化工具解决电力线路连接度低且路径曲折问题,以确保电力线路路径可观性;其次,建立线路与设备连接关系,保证两者相对空间位置准确性;最后,统一调整设备角度及处理各注记表达,清晰呈现线路及设备属性信息,以供使用者参考。实验表明,方法的使用工作量大大缩减,可视化效率提高,对于推进绘制整体工作有着重大意义,方法的提出为今后GIS技术与地理接线图结合提供新思路。

【Abstract】 The geographical connection diagram is an important part of the power system connection diagram.It supports the management of the line and the maintenance of related facilities.The accuracy of information expression directly affects the applicability and management efficiency.At present,the line data presents features of low connectivity,various types of equipments,and twists and turns in the path,resulting in complex visualization of lines and equipments and unscientific drawing process,which negatively affects the visualization efficiency.Although traditional methods cannot match large-scale data visualization,the application of GIS technology offers a possibility of improving visualization efficiency.With Guizhou Province as an example,this paper attempts to provide a general reference for solving such problems based on GIS technology and power system comprehensive perspective,and proposes key technologies to improve visualization efficiency.Firstly,through the GIS fusion and simplification tools,the problem of low connection degree of power lines and path tortuosity is solved to ensure the visuality of the power line path.Secondly,the connection relationship between the lines and the equipments is established to ensure the accuracy of relative spatial position of the two.Finally,the angle of the equipments and the notes are unified to clearly show the information of the lines and the equipments.Experiments show that this method greatly reduced the workload,and the visualization efficiency is improved.It is of great significance for promoting the overall work of drawing.The proposed method provides a new idea for the future application of GIS technology in geographic connection diagram.
