催化燃烧处理挥发性有机废气工程实例分析

【摘要】 采用催化燃烧工艺处理江苏某化工企业VOCs废气,论述了该企业有机废气的收集和处理现状、催化燃烧装置工艺流程及运行参数。系统设计处理能力为1000 m~3/h,处理装置总投资31.5万元,年运行成本4.32万元。经催化燃烧装置处理后,废气中丙烯醛浓度0.83 mg/m~3,去除率达到94.9%,非甲烷总烃浓度2.36 mg/m~3,去除率为93.2%,均满足《化学工业挥发性有机物排放标准》(DB32/3151-2016)表1标准。

【Abstract】 A catalytic combustion facility was used to dispose organic waste gas of a chemical industry in Jiangsu. The current status of collection and processing of VOCs, process flow and operation parameters of the catalytic combustion facility were described. The designed capacity of the facility was 1000 m~3/h. The total investment of the processing equipment was about 315000 yuan, and the annual operation cost of the catalytic combustion facility was about 43200 yuan. After being treated by the catalytic combustion facility, the acrolein concentration in the exhaust gas was 0.83 mg/m~3, the removal rate was 94.9%, the non-methane hydrocarbon concentration was 2.36 mg/m~3 and the removal rate was 93.2%, which both met the standard in Emission Standard of Volatile Organic Compounds for Chemical Industry(DB32/3151-2016) Table 1.
