方波函数式进料对膜污染影响研究

【摘要】 采用方波函数式进料,通过在膜组件入口处增设函数控制器控制料液在膜内呈现周期性流动。与连续稳定流体进料相比,方波函数式进料膜通量下降的速率低。在占空时间9 s运行4 s时膜比通量最大,在过滤1 h后仍能保持在0. 85以上,很大程度上提高膜通量,减轻了膜污染。过滤前后料液的浊度分别为3. 18 NTU及0. 145 NTU,说明超滤膜对污水中的悬浮颗粒物质有极好的截留作用。将膜丝进行扫面电镜测试表明,函数进料处理后膜截面仍然光滑,膜表面沾附有细小颗粒,但没有产生滤饼层。

【Abstract】 Square wave functional feed was used to control the liquid to flow periodically in the membrane by installing a function controller before membrane module. Compared with steady flow feed,the membrane flux of square wave function decreased at a lower rate. The membrane flux was the highest when the space time was 9 s and running time was 4 s. It kept above 0. 85 after filtering 1 h. The membrane flux was increased significantly and the membrane fouling was reduced. The turbidity of the feed liquid before and after filtration was 3. 18 NTU and 0. 145 NTU,respectively,indicating that ultrafiltration membrane had excellent interceping effect on suspended particulates in sewage. Scanning electron microscopy( SEM) was used to characterize the morphology of the membrane. The results showed that the cross section of the membrane were still smooth after the function feeding treatment. There were some small particles coated on the surface of the membrane and cake layer was not observed.
