建筑工地复合型抑尘剂的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 为有效治理建筑工地扬尘的污染问题,以三乙醇胺、羧甲基淀粉钠以及木质素磺酸钠作为复合型抑尘剂的配方,开发了一种适用于建筑工地除尘的复合型抑尘剂。通过正交实验筛选出最优的抑尘剂配方为1. 5%的三乙醇胺(A-2)、2. 0%的羧甲基淀粉钠(B-1)和1. 0%的木质素磺酸钠(C-3)。该复合型抑尘剂比自来水具有更好的含水率、高温抗蒸发性和抗风蚀性,并通过性能测试,验证了其优异的抑尘效果。

【Abstract】 In order to effectively control the pollution of dust on construction site,a compound dust suppressor was developed with triethanolamine,sodium carboxymethyl starch and sodium lignin sulfonate as the formulation of compound dust suppressor. The optimal dust suppressant formulations of 1. 5% triethanolamine( A-2),2. 0% carboxymethyl starch sodium( B-1) and 1. 0% lignin sodium sulfonate( C-3) were screened by orthogonal experiments. The compound dust suppressor had better water content,high temperature and wind corrosion resistance than tap water,and its excellent dust suppression effect was verified by performance test.
